Very disappointing service. I’ve had the best experience for the last 6 months here and spent a lot of money on product and was ready to get a membership…, then all of a sudden VERY subpar service because the Esthatician I was seeing left and they never called and told me, just let me show up and scheduled me with someone that was waaaaaay less experienced. Providers and staff are top tier. The boy at the front desk (Corlis) is so kind and absolutely hilarious! Always makes me feel so taken care of and answers any questions I have! Anyone that speaks ill of this place has their own set of problems. Love love love J+J ❤️

From check in to check out they always take time to make sure I’m well taken care of, nothing like a big corporation that sees you as another number. Went here for Botox, my injector was Katie and she was so professional and kind! She took her time, answered all of my questions and was very educational as well. It’s been about two weeks and my results are everything I could have imagined! Everyone who worked here was very welcoming and nice as well. Will be going back!
