I'm very pleased with my experience today. Matt’s attention to detail was impressive to say the least. His assistant Drew was also accommodating. Every staff member at Jack and Jill have been very professional and kind. I will be back for more services.

I was looking forward to my appointment, and I booked it well in advance. First, when I booked it, they entered the wrong date, so I had to call them back to fix it, that wasn’t as big deal. Then, a week before my appointment, I received a call saying that the person who was supposed to do my service was going to be out of town that day, so the appointment would no longer work. I purchased a Groupon for two services. One service was completed, and the second was originally scheduled for last week. The office made a scheduling mistake, so we rescheduled for tomorrow. A few days before my appointment, I received a text saying I would now need to pay an additional $50 “health assessment” fee due to a new Tennessee state law.
