I bought a Groupon for CO2 laser back in sept/oct 2025. I bought this as a birthday present for myself, and I had the consultation and the technician told me that she would refund me because she didn’t think the CO2 laser would be good for my skin as it would pull all the melanin from my skin as I was ethnic. It’s really just the lack of transparency. They don’t even tell you on the phone before you give them your credit card info that they charge you a $50 fee. They could at least tell you that up front. Also after they hold your card on file and forget to tell you about the $50 fee… in the fine print it says they are allowed to charge 18% gratuity.. on what exactly. They’re not working off tips.

I loved my service at Jack and Jill. Definitely recommend and definitely will be back for more treatments. I had aerolase with Matthew and the service was stellar and overall, great staff.

I had THE best custom facial and dermaplaning today with Stacie! She took her time to educate on products she used and is very knowledgeable in so many esthetic services. I left feeling relaxed and looking forward to seeing her again next month! My face was feeling fabulous before she was even finished. And can't leave out Corlis! He is THE best receptionist and knows his products! I moved here a yr and a half and tried several places. I don't have to search anymore!!
