Very shocked at a business that deals with weddings creating such a stressful experience for a bride when incorrectly supplying the wrong amount of silverware, never mind chipped dinnerware. Mishaps do occur and had ownership and correction been offered immediately this review would be different however that was not the experience we had. What a fabulous experience we have had with Kim and Nancy! Super friendly and very helpful. Took our vision and added their suggestions, to make the wedding day spectacular! Being from out of town, communication was acknowledged in a timely manner. They were flexible and affordable! We would highly recommend! We are extremely happy to have found them!
Be aware that the plates in the show room are not the plates you receive for your event. When we got our order we noticed that many of the plates and charging plates were chipped.
We were disappointed with our experience renting linens for our recent wedding. Upon pick-up, we were told not to pre-treat or wash any linens as it could interfere with their cleaning process. The linens arrived bagged from the laundry facility, and it seemed the rental company had not inspected them prior to pickup. When setting up, we noticed a couple of tablecloths already had stains, and one bag even had bees inside, resulting in the bride being stung before the ceremony. 2 days before the wedding our items arrive, except we were missing 2 packs of knives. I contact Nancy & she very pointedly said that she had counted them & packaged them up it must be an oversight on our end. Then she tells me that unfortunately there’s nothing that she can do & we have to figure out pick up for the silverware. We are over 1hr away. I tell her this.
