Be aware that the plates in the show room are not the plates you receive for your event. When we got our order we noticed that many of the plates and charging plates were chipped.
We were disappointed with our experience renting linens for our recent wedding. Upon pick-up, we were told not to pre-treat or wash any linens as it could interfere with their cleaning process. The linens arrived bagged from the laundry facility, and it seemed the rental company had not inspected them prior to pickup. 2 days before the wedding our items arrive, except we were missing 2 packs of knives. I contact Nancy & she very pointedly said that she had counted them & packaged them up it must be an oversight on our end. Then she tells me that unfortunately there’s nothing that she can do & we have to figure out pick up for the silverware. We are over 1hr away. I tell her this.
