So I ordered a strawberry milkshake and got all the way to find out that I was given a peppermint milkshake, also the drive thru attendant told me to back up and pull forward because the time for my order was taking too long and that way it would fix it lol reasons why I never get jack in the box �
I love Jack in the box; it's so amazing. I have enjoyed it since 1982.
Waited one hour in drive thru really slow service
I have been there more than once and it is always clean, the food is always fresh and the customer service is great .
