Im a regular and ever sence Alex left I haven't had a good experience. Today I had to ring up my own order and pay for it because front counter didn't know what they were doing and there was no manager there. Then when I got my order it was wrong but I wasn't even going to fight it because I was already there for 10 minutes and was running late to work.
