slow service don't know how to fully staff a store
Everything that could go wrong went wrong. Dont tell me to hurry up and order. Lobby was a mess, nothing stocked. Everything thrown together.
We are in Austin from out of town this week. We came to this Jack in the box location tonight for dinner. We waited in the drive thru, no one greeted us or asked us to wait and they would be right with us. My boyfriend said “hello” to the microphone and a woman very rudely replied “I’m with a customer”. We finally get to order and the woman is short and rude throughout the entire ordering process. We get to the window and “Alejandra” is the woman who was helping us, if you want to call it that. I eat here at this location once every six months. I always try something off of the muchy menu. That menu is tough to find since they were out of them again. Luckily the lady at the register remembered it by heart. They were super nice, the food came quickly and it tasted as fresh as you can expect from fast food. True you feel tired after eating it but that's what's supposed to happen. See you in six months!
They've been denying me munchie meals for a week or two now. Never have anything I order. Thumbs down.
