20 minutes sitting in the drive thru only to be told it will be 30 min before they can take my order. That is absolutely ridiculous. Don't come to this Jack in the box unless you just want to have your time wasted and leave extremely disapointed
I under stand that it’s a Friday night but for me to have to wait over 30 minutes for 2 Loaded Breakfast Sandwiches is a bit much, don’t you think... Your Drive Thru Employee Rene stood around; confused. as I observed him as he assisted the 2 cars before me. When I finally got to the window I again had to wait another 5 minutes for my food.
