I officially give up. I come here at least twice a week in the morning for breakfast at about 7:00am. It never fails I will sit at the drive through menu for at least 8-10 minutes before someone will speak to me. Then I just drive down the road to whataburger. I will just be going straight to whataburger now. It's a shame jack in the box. Your food is good but your drive through service is severely lacking.
The tacos are always good but this Jack in the box appeared clean but smelled like there might be sewer problems.
I come here about 1-4 times a month. This is the SECOND TIME THIS WEEK I order only shakes, they tell me "The shake machine is down." They won't do anything about it. So I haven't ordered anything at all these past 2 times this week. I just pass the window at the drive-thru. Like can't you make more?!!!!!!! Stop being lazy! It's like they want you to leave. Did not get our full order and didn't realize till we got all the way home... went back and they were extremely rude. Tried calling before going but the number is not working.
I love the food!!! But the drive through is not big truck friendly. :\ tow mirrors have to almost tucked it. Super close calls ;( #tacos #bigtruckproablems
