We bought some tacos and the girl charged us for ranch. We have never been charged. Won’t go back to this one.

this morning at 8 I went to the drive-thru at the Main Street Jack in the Box I ordered three items and the fries were cold soggy and soap and old grease tasting then my Sourdough Jack had a musty smell I took two bites started feeling nauseated put it back in the bag never ate more than one of the fries my daughter and her Burger but not their fries cuz they were gross and my husband took one bite of his burger and threw it away I went to the drive-thru which had five or six cars in front of me they told me to come through ... read more

The employee Alberto made our experience wonderful. He was kind, cheerful and an absolute joy!
order a ultrasound. cb plain with lettuce and tomato and I got an ultra. cb with mayo mustard and ketchup lettuce tomato. How hard is it to not add the sauces. then when you try to call no one answers the phone
Sat in the drive thru for 11 minutes and no one took my order even after the cars at the window were gone. Not sure what was going on inside the resrurant.
