They usually get the orders wrong
I usually have no issue with the food or staff. Always great, but the tacos?? Looked nothing like a real taco. Dark brown and soggy.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Jack-in-the-Box. I went to the drive-through and ordered a small fry, a small milkshake, and then asked if I could order just one chicken strip and when the server told me "no, they come in an order of four" I questioned him saying "so, I can't order one?" The female manager came on the speaker and asked me "Do you have an attitude?" It escalated. The food is cold and burnt and it takes forever to get the order.
I even said I'd pay more for my bacon cheddar fried to have more ingredients as I almost never get any, and i wanna post this photo. There's only enough cheese on 2 wedges......... like they are saying screw you for the 2nd time. They must not want me round
Worst service ever! Stuck in a drive through for 30 min fans still got my order wrong and food was cold!! Smh and I thought mcdonalds was bad lol I'll just stick to carls jr. I've never had an issue there
