Terrible. Go in and order two burgers, two tacos, and a 5 piece nugget and waited half and hour. They were "so stressed" because of the amount of people in the drive thru that they locked the lobby so no one could get in. Kids wating lunch walked up and couldn't get back in. Terrible service. I'd be ashamed if I was the owner there.
Awful service. Watched a dozen cars go through the drive thru while we waited almost 25 minutes for two burgers. They locked the lobby doors because they were "so busy" so people were banging on the doors trying to get in. If I were Jack - people would be getting fired left and right. Awful!

You have an amazing crew.. but...while we were there, there was an OD IN THE BATHROOM...YOUR EMPLOYEES HAD NO KEYS. U need to remove the table in the corner nearest to the bathrooms. It is the table where the tweekers sit. Your evening manager put the store in lock down due to heroin and paraphenelia on the floor. She was very intelligent called 911. Did everything right.. u have needles in your parking lot. It was not a good experience. If you would like to discuss it further..my name is susie engelbeck phone 253 722 4430.

This Brewhouse burger is fantastic! I very rarely eat burgers outside of our house, but it's freakin delicious!
Found a red food tie in my food. Employees were not changing their gloves after handling money. The tables were unclean. The employees were disrespectful and were very much unprofessional. This is the worst food establishment ever. I feel like throwing up after eating their food.
