I work fast food so it takes a bit to leave a bad review. But I ordered tonight and half the order was wrong, missing, or cold. Sauces missing no drink, no napkins and no receipt. I called and after some confusion and being hung up on, they said to come back ane they'd replace it. My husband drove all the way there and they refused to replace part of our order. They fixed my tacos and gave us our missing drink, but still didnt give any napkins, a straw or the correct sauces. $30 order and the only edible part of it was $3 Ta... read more
extremely long wait time, I got things to do that why I'm hitting up the drive thru. I would rather got to some other place that is more quick, and better customer service.

They were out of egg rolls and tacos? Why keep your doors open?
28 minutes from the Time we entered the drive thru until we received our order. The front door was locked which seemed weird. We ordered a small curly fries and jalapeño mash up and a bottled water for my son. Leave the drive thru and our order consists of onion rings and fries. How do you screw up an order with 3 items? Looking into the pick up window there were fries all over the floor and the place is FILTHY ! Love the Jack in the box in Sumner have never had an issue. This location is disgusting!
