This is the third time I've been there and have gone at different times of the night after working two jobs, different times mind you, and they tell me there not serving anyone tonight through the drive thru. Why advertise 24hr drive thru and not serve. This isn't the only location that has done this to me. Another one near by me on waddel has done it to me twise. It's hit or miss. Curly fries are usually good. Chicken fajita pita is not worth the money.
The place is very dirty & the store manager is lazy and rude they treat their employees like garbage it's not worth eating there or working there that store has violations all over the place. Minimum wage and no breaks for employees there I don't recommend anybody working for a fast food company
I really wanted a Buttery Jack Original and I was served a COLD, FLAPPY, STALE, WILTED BROWN LETTUCE > NO CHEESE burger paddy. My beautiful wife felt bad and added cheese then microwaved it and added her own spices to give it some sort of decent life...the one day AND MEAL I want CARBS and the one place I choose of ALL places, I GET SERVED CRAP. My wife attempted to call three times to (623) 544-1531 and NOBODY ANSWERED. I have resorted to social media now. ORDER #186 Thanks for reading!
This location is awful! They screwed up an order I had to repeat TWICE and then tried to CHARGE me for the mistake when it still got messed up. Seriously? Maybe if they stopped interupting you when you are talking at the speaker they might get it right. Then the curly fries they gave us as a replacement were soggy and cold.
