I used the drive-through at your location on Bell and Grand around 7 am on 5/2/20. I ordered two of the #28 breakfast meals. One with a Large coke. The other with a regular iced coffee. Pull up to the window the young lady took my payment and proceeded to hand me my order. Upon getting ready to leave she yells out the window we forgot the ham. So I braked and told her I will pull out to the front and waited for a long duration expecting them to come out correct my food. They did not. So since we are in the times of covid-19.... read more
Blonde little girl in the front was horrible. They took forever and forgot our order. Remember your customers pay your paycheck. Check your attitude if you don’t want to work there then find another job. So called manager didn’t give a sh** either. You just lost my business forever. Not that it matters to you, because the customer is no longer a priority in this ridiculous society.
Nastiest burger I’ve ever seen, this was served to me on October 4th. These pictures are being sent to the local news stations to hopefully get this location shut down.
ovet all bad service with I dont want ro be here attitudes and food is made the same way! nothing but issues at this location

The Double Jack was excellent, the fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the service was flawless!
Coffee is terrible...not even worth the dollar that I paid for it...hot brown water...its close to work..so i walked there on break
