This place is disgusting. Waited a long time while ordering through drive thru and my order was not right and I didn’t get a receipt. Went inside to correct it. Place is filthy. One of the cooks was spitting chew in a cup then making tacos. The floor was so slick with grease. I waited for help a least 10 mins and no one came to the counter. After seeing the disgust, I lost my appetite and walked out. There goes my $10 but it wasn’t worth the illness I would have gotten eating anything from there. Awful service... keeps getting worse. Today the music they were listening to was so loud. Everyone in there has a bad attitude. You can tell they hate their job and don’t want to be there.
DO NOT go to this location!! They are horribly slow & we went last night but they told us they couldn't take our order due to lack of staff. There were at least 6 cars ahead of us but we had to wait in line 10+ mins to even find that out since a sign stated to "pull forward, headsets are dead". So much for being a 24 hr location 😡 The management must be horrible to not be staffed properly 😡
Not sure why but jack in the box consistently has the absolute worst drive thru experience in the industry. Not sure why it takes 20 minutes per car to get your food. It’s insanity.
Cold food, very slow service, and bad staff.......
Seriously....no iced coffee made yet at 6:50 AM. It's peak time for coffee and told when I tried to order that it wasn't made yet.
Drove thru this morning (6/28/2016) and ordered 6 tacos, it was approximately 8:30am, the tacos were half done, barely had anything in them and the sauce was squirted all over the outside of tacos...totally sucked!
