we had some issues with the paint defects on our jeep and went to our local dealer here in Daytona. I’m basically were told they don’t have a body shop so they couldn’t help us out so we called Hanania and they were truly a pleasure to work with. From the start of our call to taking the car in was a mere three days. Jason was upfront and took care of the problems that came from the factory. The car actually looks better than new now.
Excellent service. I went in for an oil change and walked over to the collision center to ask a question about a minor body repair item. The manager brought my car over after the oil change to immediately fix the problem. Highly recommend!!
They replaced my bumper and it wasn’t clipped properly, when I went back to them to show them that the work wasn’t done properly they claimed it wasn’t their fault and wouldn’t fix it correctly. Just stay away.
Don’t go there they are liar, we put our 2022 Camry in their shop and we trusted them because of past with other vehicle but this time no good, deer hit vehicle left side on front and did lot damage so took there and when we took out few weeks later the flap underneath came off in back not one time but three times where they put bolts or screws back and it got damaged Inhad to put it back up using plastic cable wire to put back up and they claimed they texted me back to bring in but never did till day they told me bring in a... read more
I was told my car would be done in a week after that week i received a phone call that the parts had just arrived and it would finally be don’t in a few days 4 days later I called and got told that the parts haven’t even arrived yet? Thank you Matthew for making this the biggest inconvenience of my life DO NOT COME HERE🤣🤣🤣
