I am very disappointed with my experience at this clinic. The practice feels more focused on billing than on patient care. Multiple charges were submitted to my insurance that did not seem to match the services I actually received, and several of those charges were denied by the insurance company. On top of that, I was required to pay upfront for a pair of custom-made insoles that cost $1,175, and my insurance covered only $225, so I had to pay the remaining amount out of pocket.
Had stem cell procedure did not want surgery. The result were wondeful. Dr. Guan was incredibly attentive great beside manner. Very professional. I would recommend him to any that has a foot or ankle problem. I can't say enough about his skill and professionalism.
We have visited Dr Guan several times for my son and every time he is cheerful and does an excellent job making us feel better. It is easy to get an appointment and his office is clean and the staff are very pleasant.
Dr.Guan is doing excellent work on treating my ankle injury with care and professionalism. Highly recommended!!!
