Jenifer was more than helpful and very attentive to all our needs in purchasing our home in Ocean Grove. She was very professional and very knowledgeable in all aspects of both the real estate market and the community as well. Jenifer was always available to take us to see new properties and when we finally decided on a home, she guided us through the process. Jenifer was wonderful to work with. Jenifer was extremely efficient and professional in all categories. Her network of resources was a tremendous help when I ran into unexpected problems before closing. I do not live in the area and she offered to run a lot of errands which I felt was above and beyond and I was most grateful. She negotiated an excellent price for my house. Jen worked with us for about 2 years before finding our beach home in the Spring of 2017. She always tried to accommodate our schedule when viewing numerous homes, she is very knowledgeable of the area and provided us with valuable perspective. She also gave us great advice as we prepared for the inspection, closing and when doing upgrades and repairs thereafter. We would highly recommend Jen!

Jenifer Green Grigg is AMAZING! She's knowledgeable, honest, flexible, and had our best interest at all times. We never felt pressured to buy quickly, if anything she educated us on doing proper comparables before we made our decision. But most importantly, she was able to find us the perfect Ocean Grove home for our family!

Jenifer has extensive knowledge and experience with the Jersey shore market, particularly in Ocean Grove. She was very helpful providing documentation to assist our mortgage broker in closing the loan. She also was able to provide us with trustworthy contacts in the area for painting, flooring and plumbing.
