The staff upfront is always extremely friendly and helpful, I never have to worry about this place trying to rip me off. They are very customer first which I appreciate and it seems like they just genuinely wanna help people and not try to get every cent out of them. I will always choose this location over any other shop! I highly recommend this place!
I lost a hubcap shortly after getting my tires rotated. I didn't want to blame it on the shop but, I got another tire rotation months after and saw a hub cap about to fall off on my arrival home. Hubcaps are cheap pieces of plastic but still, beware!
Not seeing where I can add a new review, so I'll just edit the old one from a year ago. More issues with the 2017 Buick Encore, this time with the AC system. The team quoted me a figure, and they honored that figure, even though the repair was much more detailed and intricate as first thought. Lots of dissemble/reassemble later.....AC is doing great. I am new to Tucson. Went to a different shop and was quoted a price for work, brought my truck in 3 days later and the price tripled. Went down the street to Jack Furrier and had the work done at what was quoted at the first auto repair shop. Great work Great price and most importantly integrity .
