Had oil ch appt walked in one guy on ph other heavy older Hispanic guy didn't say anything so I said I had oil ch appt then he abruptly asked for car make I told him he got even more abrupt with his tone like a big bother I asked how his morning was going then he abruptly again asked how mine was with a lot of attitude I mentioned my car had been there before he asked three times for year of car he was completely bent on being dismissive and rude.
