Service on the car is always great. Don’t get discouraged if you get a grumpy guy at the desk.
I’ve been a long-time customer, and unfortunately the quality of service has gone downhill recently. This visit was very disappointing. I was quoted 6 hours of labor, but my car ended up staying at the shop for over a week. Every single day I was told “it will be ready tomorrow,” yet tomorrow never came. The delay was never clearly explained, and communication felt repetitive rather than honest.
