Jack sent 3 members of his team who did quality work but were very unprofessional; one worker spouted his homophobic beliefs to me while I was trying to work from home. When a miscommunication about forms of payment came up (unbeknownst to me they only take cash or check at the time of service), we called Jack to figure out a solution, who then proceeded to yell and berate me and his team over the phone. Jack Flash and his team went above and beyond our expectations. They worked diligently to replace our outdated knob-and-tube wiring and install new lighting fixtures. Jack is attentive to detail, great at communication, and a truly wonderful person to work with. Thanks to Jack, we feel safe and comfortable in our home.

Jack was referred to me by my realtor when we moved here 3+ yrs ago. He was the first electrician we called, and the only one we use. I’ve even used him for my business as well. The team is great, thorough, polite, efficient, and always cleans up after themselves. Super down to earth and knowledgeable.
