I am from a big city and the tattoo minimum is $40 but to charge someone for a star the size of a nickel for $50 is ripping them off if I did not want to go to jail I would have refused to pay then on top of that I had to get someone out the projects to go over the star because the lines were super thin like he barely wanted to give me any ink at all.I will not go back
