My car has been in the shop for approximately 4 months. I am not being accommodated in no way or form with ubers , loaner cars or anything. I have to pay for my own transportation to work and anywhere else. Ive been paying $600 monthly for a car I am not using. That i think is very unfair, they dont want to reimburse me or anything. Theyre are just terrible to do business with. They dont care about their customers at all.

I found the car I wanted listed online at Cars.com that was available at their dealership. I asked them up front, Im out of state, will there be any problem selling a car to me in California? They said, No we sell cars all over the country. On Friday, I went through the entire buying process with them, offered to pay full price, plus cross country shipping. I sent over my financial info. Avoid this dealer. The sales staff seemed incredibly nice and accommodating, but they turned out to be scam artists. They were so nice at first that rather than going further away to another dealer, I let them convince me to put a $1,000 deposit down on July 10, 2021 so they could locate the model/color I wanted (they didn't have one in stock). Do Not Do Business With This Dealership - They Are Fraudulent!!. My 18 year old son and I leased a 2021 ****** on 10/9/20 from the **** Daniels dealership in ********, **********. I recently leased a kia seltos at jack daniela kia. Spent more than 6 hours at the dealership going back and forth with prices. Finally deal reached. Upon reaching that deal they were to make my last and final payment on my earlier lease and advised them when the due date was. I have a signed agreement that they would pay it. They call non-stop and yes you until purchase if finalized and then they go ghost! After looking over my paperwork they lied about the mileage on the car and I've been waiting over two weeks for my $500 down payment refund. I've called numerous times, can't get hold of anyone.

Bought an Audi there, they wanted me to pay for stuff they did to the car before I even bought it. "We put new wiper blades on this car, and replaced the tires, and fixed the sunroof, so you'll have to pay $800 more". BS.

ZERO STARS!!! BEWARE! HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP SHORT VERSION: They falsely advertise vehicles as being certified preowned. They gave me paperwork telling me it is preowned just to find out from corporate it is actually not and they lied to me. I paid for this vehicle in full in January, it is over 4 months and they refuse to put the paperwork in to put the title in my name, or rather every time they call they say they will do it and yet it never gets done.
