Kevin Jack was an amazing jeweler to work with! I broke the ring that my grandfather gave me and he was eager to help me fix it! Kevin gave me two options for fixing the ring. Since I live out of state, he was able to send me a ring sizer to make sure that it would fit perfectly. As soon as I told him my size, he fixed it the same day! Kevin and his team polished and fixed my ring until it looked new. I highly recommend Kevin Jack. He is incredibly respectful, knowledgeable, and kind!

Kevin did a wonderful job on my rings. Resizing, checking prongs, replacing a lost diamond. I was really excited that they were returned looking better than new. Polished beautifully and diamonds were brilliant. Great job Kevin!
