I can easily give 5 stars! Kevin was awesome to work with. Communication was great, price was great and the timeline that was talked about from the initial consultation was very well followed. Kevin was also great about making sure I was making well informed decisions about what I was buying so whether you know very little or you know everything about jewelry, this is the place to go for sure!
Kevin Jack Jewelry in Lakeland, FL created a piece for our family that is beyond words. He designed a solid gold heart pendant containing my husband’s ashes with custom engraving on the back. Next to the heart, is a key with an emerald on the chain because my husband was a locksmith and he will always “hold the key to my heart.” What made this even more meaningful is that the gold came from my first wedding ring that my husband gave me years ago. Kevin was such a pleasure to work with in repurposing an old engagement ring of mine. He was so in tune to my vision and patient as that vision was developing. He made as many versions as I needed till we came to the final approved design.
