Very poor experience with our move. After expressing concerns they indicated the Operations Manager would call and address issues. After several weeks and follow-up emails. The op’s person did not even have the basic courtesy to contact us. In addition; the drop off driver called at 7AM to drop vehicle because he was already “up” and wanted to get back on road. No professionalism or concern for the customer.
This company employs bigoted racists like Timothy Vassar who like to spread their hate speech all over Facebook under the name “Johnny B Good”. I can only imagine that the racism in this company runs a lot deeper than just him.

This is the third time in last 6 months that we have complained abought one of your drivers parking in a posted no parking spot on a right away over night blocking back up space for our trucks trying to unload in mornings The driver is very threatening when politely ask to move “ Jack COOPER Transport” has tried to discipline driver in the past but he was back again last night.
Better watch out if you see these guys on the road, worthless drivers that aren't afraid to run you off the road! And after they do, they'll be sure to flip ya off. No wonder they have a 20% out of service rating with DOT, 129 crashes and 3 fatal accidents in the last 24 months.
