Absolutely terrible at communicating with dealers. They had a transport break down while it was en route to the dealers. The truck was taken to a repair shop and it sat there for 2 weeks before it was even looked at by the mechanics. It has now been over a month and they have not fixed the transport and they have not sent another truck there so finish the load. Pretty crappy customer service especially when dealers and customers are expecting their trucks that they bought.
I like the way Jack Cooper continued to keep our insurance up to date thru the pandemic shutdown when we couldn’t go to the dentist, then when we opened back up in May 2020, you were quick to stop our benefits when we needed them!! I’m so glad my husband is no longer employed with you all...what a joke this company is!!!😩
Systems Analyst Dan Charlton laugh reacted to a news article saying over 1,000 people are currently hospitalized with coronavirus earlier today. He also commented “I wonder how many got sick while wearing a mask”. Your website suggests you take the pandemic seriously, but a company can only be as safe as its most reckless employee. Or as empathetic. Either way, judging from other reviews many of your employees are troublesome and unsympathetic about the suffering and deaths of others

they are dishonest, they do not like good drivers, they want people they can mess with instead of just wanting to do a job
Their truck is wreaking havoc on highway I29 North not allowing other semi trucks to pass and creating dangerous situations. He even had a third semi truck pass him in the right shoulder after being frustrated for more than 10 miles.
This truck cut us off on I44 Sunday November 3 2019 near Joplin Mo. We were in the left passing lane and he cut us off and my daughter had to slam her breaks on to keep from being hit by him. He needs his license pulled.
Truck J976305 was texting while driving. swerving all over on 29 hwy today. They really need to reiterate safe driving practices to their drivers!
