Salty food and poor customer service – My husband and I went to have dinner at Jack & Charlie's because I had heard that the food was good and we like to try to new places. This is one reasturant I would not really recommend. Looking at the menu I decided not to have a large meal so I ordered a Waldorf Salad and my husband ordered a tomato bisque soup and ceasar salad.
