Have been a patient over 15 years. It's near impossible to get someone on the phone. If you leave a message saying you need an appt or medication refills, they rarely contact you. I have been trying to get a refill on my meds for about 6 weeks. Pharmacy contacted them & was denied refill saying I need to make appointment. Left message trying to schedule appt, no response. Tried having pharmacy put in request asking them to call to schedule appt, nothing. called for almost a week, no answer, next week, busy. Have been out of ... read more

The worst doctor's office experience I've ever had. My son took me because my daughter had to use my other car. Overall we were there almost three hours. I spent about 15 minutes of that with the social worker and about seven minutes with the doctor. Instead of trying to reduce my meds,he gave me another one. I'll never go back. I've been trying to call for a half hour to cancel my appointment buy all it does is ring.

Did you feel judged or criticized by this psychiatrist? Definitely not. They've always made me feel very cared for and accepted Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes Does this psychiatrist remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Did this psychiatrist have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? No, there weren't many to choose from Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? Yes, it was annoying
