The staff is very unfriendly, especially the lady at the front desk. I think her name is Tony. She is very rude to patients and will slam the window in your face. I've seen this happen while I was waiting for my appointment. She is aggressive and cruel. She shouldn't be working around psychiatric patients.

I go to his office to see this lady Dr. Budding. She is nice, kind, and understanding. I would and wouldn't recommend her for several reasons...

Good Doctor and staff. They all care and work their best For everyone. I was seen in two weeks when everyone else was telling me months. He Is very flexible and willing to work with you (individual care) doesn’t seem to push treatment models on you or meds. He cares for a lot of patients so it is hard to get through to the office at times. Just call back.

Waited 8 weeks to get an appointment, Went to appointment and waited an hour and a half, Finally asked the receptionist how much longer, She said a few minutes. I asked her exactly how long a few minutes was and she raised her voice and said she didn't know and then she slammed the window in my face. I left. Figured if he was this bad at time management and training his staff how to be courteous to patients I didn't need his help, If he had an emergency I would have been ok with the wait

Dr. Lunderman and staff are professional yet kind. When I am in his office, I understand there may be a delay because Dr. Lunderman provides personalized care. If another client needs extra time, I appreciate that he is helping a human being and will do the same for me if I am in need. I have been to several different psychiatrists and have absolute confidence in Dr. Lunderman's skills. I highly recommend his practice.

He's probably a great doctor but I wouldn't know because his office never answers the phones. You leave a voicemail and they never call back.

Time for him to retire. But he does take Medicare and that is hard to find. He is laid back but not real helpful.

Have been a patient over 15 years. It's near impossible to get someone on the phone. If you leave a message saying you need an appt or medication refills, they rarely contact you. I have been trying to get a refill on my meds for about 6 weeks. Pharmacy contacted them & was denied refill saying I need to make appointment. Left message trying to schedule appt, no response. Tried having pharmacy put in request asking them to call to schedule appt, nothing. called for almost a week, no answer, next week, busy. Have been out of ... read more
