Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? Yes, it was downright irritating! Did this psychiatrist leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Yes, I was left alone too long Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did this provider use excessive foul language? No

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

I have been going to this office for a couple years now. I have always felt welcome. Dr. Lunderman and his associates go out of their way to be helpful. I trust their decision making and thought process.

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Was it easy to find parking at this psychiatrist's office? Yes, it was convenient Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Every time I visit, I'm always given their whole attention throughout the entire appointment. They always go above and beyond to make me feel respected and important. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. During my consultation, they were very helpful and attentive the entire time. I felt very cared for.
