Dr. Lunderman and his office is overbooked, and understaffed. This man should have retired 20 yrs. ago. I saw him over 10 years ago, and believed him to be in his 70’s then. He is NOT up to date on the last 30 years of Psychiatric medicine. He typically prescribes the same group of meds to each patient. He is not experienced in looking at the individual, and their needs.I recall asking to try a medication- ok to him- no diagnostics, no consideration of side effects. He doesn’t consider other meds taking/the possible reaction b... read more
Dr Lunderman is very well known and respected not only in his profession but also as a person. His staff is professional as well. I don’t really believe the negative comments. I have never had any rude interactions with anybody there. There is a wait but if you want the best care in probably four states, it’s worth the wait. I can’t imagine the pressure the office staff may experience in a very busy psychiatric practice with rude and inpatient behavior from patients waiting. Dr Lunderman and associates do take their time wit... read more
They say it’s his office but the person taking calls is so hateful. I was having a mental crisis and she hung up on me multiple times. Once time being on a merged call with Crisis care listinin in
His office staff is rude, the social worker who does new patient intake is extremely judgmental towards non-traditional relationships, he regularly calls upwards of five hours late for telehealth appointments, and he forgets to renew prescriptions and drags his feet on calling them in, so you have to go off your meds for several days until he can get his act together. Speaking to my psychiatrist should not be a major anxiety trigger, and yet here we are.
I was having a rough day a couple weeks ago and called the office late in the day around three. Dr. Lunderman personally called me at 7:15 that evening. He is a wonderful and intelligent doctor.
He is an excellent Doctor. I have been under his care for over 10 yrs. He is knowledgeable and patient. I can tell he has a lot of experience on his belt.
He is one of the best psychiatrists that I have had. He really tries to get you better rather than just surviving.
I have been a patient of Dr. Lunderman's for over 25 years. He is very good with pharmaceuticals and is kind and understanding.
I got Lithium poisoning because , he didn't monitor the lithium in my blood. He lied about my diagnosis over and over. I filed a complaint with the Ohio Medical Board, but nothing happened. It took him six months to give me my medical records. He is a senile old man. who should not be practicing medicine.
