Everyone we worked with were helpful but not pushy. I felt like they listened to what we wanted and not just what they wanted to sell. Horrible experience. Bought my escalade last February. They use a 3rd party title service with whom I had to fight with multiple people from different states. Just to get a plate for my escalade. Fast forward to today. I go to trade the caddy in. Only to find out it had been wrecked with " severe structural damage" was sold to an auction service with a branded title. Then fixed and resold.
