Purchased a vehicle that was utilized by one of their sales persons and traded in for a new vehicle. This vehicle not even a week out of the sales room had brake issues, took it back and they ground Rotors the rotors down instead of replacing them also they never changed the oil as they should have in between ownership. We purchased a used 2017 Chevy 1500 from this dealership last year, 2024. When we purchased it the GM, sales/finance manager and sales associate informed us that the wheel had been replaced, because the previous owner had somehow got a crack in the wheel. I’d give zero stars if I could I had already purchased on vehicle from them a couple months ago made the deal easy for every one. Gave them asking price didn’t buck on nothing just wanted the vehicle. Today i decide I wanted to buy a truck I called got pre approved for the truck I wanted. Got pre approved for my trade in. Made an appointment for 8:30 to pick up as soon as the doors opened the next morning. They sold it 15 minutes before they closed that day.
