Amazing service, definitely some great people there willing to do what it takes to get you the right vehicle
I had a great experience working with Trevor at Jack Burford Chevrolet. I traded in my 2014 F150 for a new 2025 Silverado EV extended range. Trevor, along with a few other folks I spoke to while there, were all helpful and good to work with. I never experienced any high pressure tactics, misleading negotiations, or excessive upselling. They were willing to work with me on a few minor details to make a fair deal. After a couple months of ownership, I love my new truck and have no regrets working with this dealership.
So I needed a car for my daughter. Devon was my salesman. He was awesome. He listened to my needs and what I was looking for. We ultimately settled on a Chevy 1RS. It’s perfect! Devon was super friendly and not pushy. Great experience
The customer service at Jack Burford Chevrolet is top notch. They go out of their way to assist you above and beyond the call of duty. They stick by their customer when dealing with bad customer service from financing companies when given the run around time after time. Jakob was the salesman that got me in my 2020 Chevy Equinox. Took in for 65000 mile service. The guys were very nice and welcoming. Picked up vehicle and was told the service was completed. A few days later, recieved a call that another part had come in. It was something that wasn't in stock. The only issue is, I wasn't told that when I picked it up. I was already charged for the labor to install the part that wasn't in stock. But Ill need to pay for the part when I take it back to have this part installed. Not a huge issue, just better communication was needed. Overall, good service ... read more
