I have given this place far too many chances. The woman at the front desk is rude every single visit — consistently dismissive, unwelcoming, and unprofessional. I kept coming back hoping for a different experience, but it never changed. The last straw was showing up at 6:57 PM, three minutes before closing, and being refused service entirely. Jessica and the team at congress were awesome and I was the worst customer ever. I asked for a quick turnaround (because I forgot to drop off the items in time and my wife would’ve jumped on me!) - they exceeded my expectations not only delivering quickly but also letting me know by phone when the order was done! Thanks so much y’all it was worth the drive!
THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! I walked into the SoCo location to drop off my clothes and the reception area smelt SO badly of the dry cleaning fluid, formal name is perchloroethylene, they use! I knew I shouldn’t have left my clothes, but I was in a bind for last minute travel. I will be researching which environmental agency to report them to for environmental hazards!! I just picked up my three shirts from there and they don't even look like they were washed. There was lint and spots all over them. This is the third time I've had them do my shirts and needed to be redone each time. This time, I refused and asked for a refund, and they refused to refund.
