This is second time Jack Brown has "washed" clothes that were specifically asked to be dry clean only, essentially ruining the clothing and the only response is, bring another load and we will do those for free. Why would you be given a 3rd opportunity to do the same thing. NEVER going back.

A few months ago, I had to have two out of three laundered shirts re-pressed. This week, my husband‘s dry cleaned shirt smelled like vomit, there was even BO smell under the arm. They refused to re-clean it or refund our money. I think her exact words were “It just smells like food to me”. Good grief, should it even smell like food? $9+ We are done with Jack Brown, cleaners! They don’t care about quality work or care if people ever come back. Got the message loud and clear.

Picked up a shirt I had laundered and immediately smelled something like vomit (of all things). Took it back after Christmas...the smell had faded some but still smelled bad. Employee at said she only smelled something like food. I said I wanted it recleaned at no charge or get a refund. She would do neither. I said I'll do business somewhere else.
