Poor customer service for a loyal customer. Rude Manager. Tried to upcharge to make a buck. Do yourself a favor and take yourself up the street to Rick's Cleaners.

i took to suits to Jack Brown cleaner off Gattis School and toll road 130 in hutto. they damage both suits and they are refusing to replace the product. They just told me one of my suits was repaired, i took the suit to the Jose A Banks the company who made the suit and they told me it cannot be repaired. Some how Jack Brown repaired it. The other one you can see it was over heated because it burned three holes in the jacket and stretched the jacket near the button area. they will not cover it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! The “Chemicals” they use smell of armpit. Owners wouldn’t give a refund due to the chemicals smelling that way. This is laughable because I’ve had my blouses dry cleaned many times and they don’t smell like under arm sweat all over. Guess their products aren’t good quality and they hire disrespectful employees. If they need my $30 more than I do, then they can have it ☺️ I will not be using this company AT ALL ANYMORE!!!
