The staff, nurses, reception, doctors are amazing and they care and are concerned for patients & extremely knowledgeable; willing to listen and address any concerns and help; the facility is organized, seating is arranged perfect for comfort, and extremely clean; 10+ all around. I was Blown Away.
Terrible, staff are untrained, knowone explains anything, you sit there and do paperwork, they get paid by the hour. No oncologists, they left. Both the oncologist and the nurse practitioner go to medicine hat, lethbridge, and lyodminister on a rotation. They are not in lethbridge alot. Go to calgary, get the proper care
I wouldn’t recommend this facility at all. My mom has been dealing with them for years on and off for 26 years. The dr that was suppose to care for her would do ct scans every 3 months and half the time says no change. Just wants to push drugs on her. Well it has come down to her not getting answers from this specific dr so she was against radiation because due to lack of information from the dr my mom didn’t think things were bad.
