Customer service is the worst! One nurse in specific, perhaps she’s not even a nurse, seems not to be happy all the time. I think she’s just receptionist. Very condescending and acts like you’re supposed to know everything. I wish she would find a job that she’s happy to be at, because it’s not here. Office managers don’t seem to care either. I visited this office yesterday for a sick appointment for my child and the front desk staff were amazing Cortasia and Melissa was very professional and patient and understood my concerns they addressed all my questions I Thank you both for always keeping a positive attitude when dealing with difficult situations.
Usually we have to wait very long and kids don't behave well. But today's doctor and nurse, and reception, everyone was so helpful and genuinely nice, it made usual nightmare appointment very pleasant.
Can’t get appts for my kids at all ever . It seems to me everyone else is out over top of my kids . People get all these appointments but YET I struggle to even get ONE visit since they are so “ busy “ why take as many patients as you do if you’re THAT busy . Why add more when you CANT take care of the patients you have now ?
Dr Topps and her staff are amazing and very flexible when I call for appts or meds . I normally speak with Cortashia at the front desk and she’s always been a godsend
