Jace is an incredible agent. We have used him three times to both buy and sell properties. Each time he has provided outstanding service. It's difficult to sell a house you grew up in when you live in another state, but the job was done with the help from Jace Coleman as my realtor. There were certain circumstances prior to putting the house on the market on my side, but with the knowledge and advice from Jace, everything still moved forward with positive results. Even with the unique circumstances concerning our property/the market at the time, Jace stuck through all the complications and worked hard to ensure that things turned out as favorably as possible. Jace always had a solution to each problem or was at least willing to stick it out until one came up or things resolved themselves. Jace has great tenacity, and it's clear a great understanding of real estate and its difficulties.
