If you’re considering renting Unit 11, be aware that the walls are thin so you will hear the upstairs neighbors walking, tv and music, there are spiders and webs outside, and the location near the golf course makes it noisy. Maintenance is practically nonexistent, parking is limited, and the designated spots are under trees, so cars often get bird droppings on them. The area is noisy between the golf course and express way. Spiders are everywhere. There is little guest parking. The elevator in my building was broken almost every week. My car was hit in the parking lot, the HoA said the security cameras were not functional and could not provide footage. HoA rules seem to apply when they care, the rules state no pets, but they allow a neighbor to have a dog in their front porch barking.
