Terrible/horrible/poor living experience. The buildings are old, the construction is weak and there's no proper sound proofing/insulation between the apartments. Can hear everything that goes on upstairs. Stomping/banging/dragging of things is the order of the day. There's no peace and quiet, literally. The management says it's apartment living and completely acceptable. Their solution is just learn to live with it. Good luck to you if you choose this place!!

I've lived here since 2016 and never caused any problems, always pay my rent on time, etc...There is constantly an issue getting anyone to answer the phones and whenever it's lunch time they now completely lock/close the office during that time. I don't know what happened to this place but I am so disgusted it seems as if no one wants to work at all. I would not recommend this neighborhood to anyone. I lived at jacaranda for over two years, never late on rent never caused an issue. After moving out a package was delivered to our old apartment even with our attempts to change the mailing address. Our old neighbors saw the package delivered and went into their apartment upon coming back outside within 10 minutes the packages were gone but maintenance was in the unit cleaning and the unit door wide open.
