Going to Jabs has been life changing. I have met and been inspired by the most amazing people. The classes are fun and challenging. The wonderful trainers have taught me that I can push myself and my body past any limitations I thought I had. I have never been stronger because of the great team at Jabs and the variety of classes offered. I’m feeling fit, having fun, and being fearless all from Jabs.
JABS Riverhead is the best fitness facility you will find in the area. The space is wonderful & can accommodate many classes / many participants at one time. The spin bikes used in the Liferide classes are incredible--the ride is so smooth, and you can make it as challenging as you want it to be. The added bonus of having showers makes it really easy to pop into a class before/after work and continue on with a busy schedule.
