Been renting from them for years now. Much better than dealing with the larger rental companies in town. Nice place right across the street from the beach. They even left me the washer and dryer. Overall, pretty satisfied.

Worst place I've ever rented from. The apartment manager will go in your place when you are not there with out permission. The house in Chesapeake should be condemn and knocked down. The Ocean View houses are not much better. The trailer park in Ocean View is about to burn down. If you are a smart person you will not rent from Andy or his wife and if you live in one of there places you may want to move asap before you lose everything. Watch out for the businesses that are drug fronts. Hopefully this brings the light to what ... read more

Me encanta la zona para vivir es muy trankila ..llebo 2 años viviendo ayi ..los de la oficinas son muy amables ..pero lo malo es los utencilios de la cosina ...les pedi que me cambiaran la estufa porq no funcionaba ..me llebaron otra bieja alo mejor la recojieron del vasurero ..la bolvieron a cambiar y esta esta peor ..es un peligro para mi y mis hijos ..porq su trapa esta toda desconchabada ..esmas tube 3 semanas sin trabajar porq el vidrio de la estufa callo ensima de uno de mis pies y me lo lastimo eso no es corecto ...
