Jabel put my family and I in a very unfortunate situation. A good realtor is supposed to guide you, let you know if you a priced too high, things you should do to get your home sold. He often times will not respond to your messages in a timely manner, he does very lazy market analysis when listing your home for sale, and doesn’t provide you with worst case scenarios.
