I adore this place. You will never get the same workout twice, no matter how many times you see the same trainers. Everyone is very encouraging and willing to help if you have questions or are a beginner. It's also doable for people of all ages and sizes. It is definitely not your mother's gym, more your brother's, so you should definitely have a sense of humor and be there to work. The only work out I've ever looked forward to and totally worth every cent!
