LOVE the Dutch letters!!!
Jaarsma is one of my favorite places on the planet. My favorites are the old fashioned cinnamon rolls and bismarcks. My wife loves the Dutch letters, and their bread is amazing. The ladies filling orders are always nice and helpful...and patient when you can't make up your mind.
worth the trip if you are travelling across Iowa on I80...
I live 60 miles from Pella so when I'm in town I make it worth my trip!!! My take usually includes Dutch Letters of coarse, Pecan Tassies, Almond Bankets(at least 3 or more) the wonderful frosted Sugar Cookies(I won't even say how many of those I take) and Almond Butter Cake, too!!! You could say my addiction to Dutch Letters started on my Fifth Grade field trip to Tulip Time!?! I won't say what year that was but it turned me definitely, into a SWEET Foodie!!!

The only thing to say is Dutch Letters! I’m so glad they ship. I live in Texas, but was born in Iowa. I always have to visit when I’m in the state.
