Juan took the time to listen to what I had to say. I wanted pink highlights. Not alot, just enough to give my white hair some uplifting color. They turned out perfect. I was upset about my haircut until I washed out the products. (I only use leave in conditioner). Once I washed my hair, it was light, bouncy, fun and beautiful. Thank you for putting up with "this pain in the neck". I highly recommend you and your services.
