I had a great experience at J&A! I was out of town in a big pickup truck with a horse trailer, when I had a wheel bearing go out. I called J&A on a Saturday, just before they closed. They told me that they could get to my truck first thing Monday morning. Over the course of the weekend, I had to arrange getting my truck towed to their shop, and the owner communicated with me about things while he was technically off.
