I took my 2021 tlx for interior cleaning. It turned out very nice.
It seems that after I paid, to pickup the Rv after hours, our detailer quit. Couldn't see out of the windshield. They told me it would take 2.5 hours, arrived at 10 am, had to leave at 3 pm, wasn't even close. NOT WHAT I EXPECTED.
Outstanding customer service. As a new customer you will feel safe and reassured that no one is going to try to upsell you, only give you the best service possible because your satisfaction is of utmost importance to them. I have been here a few times and each visit my vehicle is handled with care and expertise and looks amazing when they are finished. It’s an older vehicle with a lot miles but they treat it the same way as the Ferrari next me. Jay and John will take great care of you.
Brought my 26’ Bronco into the shop for a detail and tint. Amazing job and big thanks to the J9 team!
I purchased a luxury paint correction and coating package for J9’s detailing and wow it’s a 91 and look how good they made it look I added tint last minute and the where able to accommodate I can’t recommend J9’s enough they truly are a luxury service experience was just top notch!!
