There is no quality, value, responsiveness, punctuality to report because he took the money from my parents and never did the job. There is obviously a case pending against him. There are two sides to every story, so I'd like to open it up to Tim to explain why he took thousands from my family and never did the work or pay it back?
We received an estimate from Tim months prior to signing the contract, he stuck by the quote and got us on the schedule quickly when multiple shingles blew off. He even came over on the weekend to tarp the area. The crew was kind, courteous with our 5 senior dogs and did a great job cleaning up.
