I got ticketed twice by this business last year for bogus reasons. The last time they ticketed me, my manager intervened on my behalf. Now it is time to renew my "permit," and I am experiencing problems with their sub-par website which is deliberate because they want to collect money. I tried calling them and was told that their posted number is no longer in use--again, deliberate. Horrible company and there business practice, how can you justify giving residents tickets for parking in their own assigned parking spot? Unjustified!!!

******, I understand it is frustrating to be held accountable at your own residence, the rules we enforce are only rules that your apartment manager has requested us to enforce. These rules are all listed in your lease agreement that you have signed at move in. I also understand that it is very easy to put negative reviews on a company that is only holding you accountable for your mistakes made, people do not like to be held accountable. I do appreciate your feedback.
J5 employees are cut-throat. They will ticket you in your own parking spot. They will laugh at you when you try to call for help. I just want to say that one more time: they ticket you for parking in your own assigned spot.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback, We only give you penalties if you are not following your lease rules, the rules are in place by your apartments and we only follow these rules. Your own spot does not grant you the right to not follow the rules that were given to you upon move in with your lease. I apologize for you thinking you were being laughed at, as i don't know why anyone would laugh at a customer while they are talking about a citation. Again thank you for your feedback
