About this business
We are a new restaurant in a familiar space serving up hand-cut steaks, dry aged on site in our own Himalayan salt aging room. We are crafting cocktails from the finest spirits and fresh squeezed juices and baking all of our breads and desserts on site in our in-house bakery. We are bringing an elevated spin to traditional Texas Fare. Our notable wine list is value-priced every day, with Half Priced bottles of wine every Wednesday.

RecommendedBeen meaning to try J2 for months. Didn't happen until they accepted our late Thanksgiving reservations. Simply put, I've been missing out. Everyone I interacted with is friendly and accommodating. The decor and atmosphere is unique to the area, yet true to vintage Texas. Chef Aaron Jackson produced a blend of "like mom made it" to spot-on unique flavors. Rarely do I find a new pleasure, but J2 is the latest. Cheers!
The moment we came in we were absolutely in shock. Beautiful and the food was sooo delicious! This is our spot now!!!
Great food! Steaks were amazing! And the desserts were pretty awesome.
It was really cool to see the old feed mill as a restaurant.
Everything was delicious - highly recommended the Tenderloin Bandidos (jalapeno appetizers), the broccolini side, and anything beef. Excellent cocktails and service. This is a great date night or special occasion restaurant! We will definitely be back.

Wow! Went for our anniversary and it was amazing! Staff was so nice and had several managers stop by our table to say hello and thanked us for choosing to spend our anniversary with them. Food was excellent and they have an extensive wine list. Some of their dishes are seasonal and they buy local when they can. Looks like a cool place for drinks. They have a tasting bar for wine and whiskey! Check out their events calendar for the next tasting! We will see you again soon J2!
